Children's Liturgy of the Word

At Children's Liturgy of the Word, we lead a special celebration that breaks open the word of God from a child's eye view. Children hear the scriptures proclaimed and explained in a way they can easily understand; they respond to the Word through activities and prayers prepared just for them. Children's Liturgy enhances children's participation in the entire mass and enriches the life of our worshipping community. 

Would you like to share your gifts with the children of our community at Children's Liturgy? Leaders process with the children to the parish hall after the opening rite; lead the children in prayer, reflection on the gospel and scripture activities; and then process back to the main assembly with the children during the offertory.
